good morning :)

Good morning everyone!! I got some great news last night so today is definitely a great one. Lets start with goals: I am thankful…that taking better care of myself reflected in my school progress second semester. (I realize this might sound a little selfish but hear me out). That I was taught healthy eating at a young age so that I wasn’t trying to start from scratch when I really decided to commit to it. For my legs – they allow me to do so much and I feel that often people without physical challenges take their ability to move/walk/dance/run for granted. short and sweet

This interval routine is perfect because it works my legs and gets my heart rate up but still feels really do-able for me. I actually enjoyed it – weird. Set Treadmill to Speed Intervals – Jog speed 3.6 mph and Run speed 6.3 mph.Start at an incline of 2.0-4:00 – jog incline of 2 (it’s really a brisk...

Today my focus was back and shoulders, I usually only lift those once a week because they get a pretty good workout during yoga and as I mentioned before legs are really what I’m trying to build up. Stair master intervals for 14 minute warm-up:Speed of 60 for 2 minutesSpeed of 100 for 2 minutesAlternate. On the speed 60 I will do every other step with kick-backs and also turn to the right side for an interval and the left side for an interval and then repeat. This is adapted from an Oxygen workout. 3 Sets of 8-1060 lbsSeated row 60 lbs and 50 lbsWide grip lat pull down 60 lbsReverse grip lat pull down 45 lbsNarrow grip lat pull down 45 lbsSeated row with...
