So yesterday because my week was all screwed up I just did my own leg workout that I made up as I went along. I am dying today from soreness and I was so exhausted at the end yesterday that I literally forgot to do my calves. So happy I am feeling better. I also did cardio every day and it is taking some getting used to. I have been pretty much Paleo since Thursday now although I did add in some carbs yesterday for legs – I had oatmeal post workout and a brown rice, bean and cheese burrito later in the day – SO GOOD! Read MoreSo if you were around last summer you might remember when I went Paleo for a few weeks before we went to New York. I basically cut out grains and got my carbs from veggies and fruit. I took me a few days to adjust but once I did I felt great….and then we went to New York and I ate pie, pizza and pasta for 10 days. I have been in a major rut lately between being sick (literally I had a sinus infection for about a month), summer school, wedding stuff, work, etc. I have been having a really hard time getting into and enjoying my workouts and have kind of just been going through the motions. I was so glad my biceps were sore today Today I did legs and abs and although the workout takes a while it felt good to be lifting heavy on my legs again and really pushing myself. I am a teeny bit bummed because I couldn’t do my wide squats at the beginning and they were actually my LAST thing due to gym traffic. I have to say because I am not a fan of soy sauce, this was not my favorite, but it was a big hit with the Fatkid. He had it over brown rice for dinner. Read MoreYesterday I started Week 8 of the LiveFit trainer and I am so ready to be in the third phase and 2/3 of the way done. Just 7 more days! Thinking about it I can’t believe that I have been able to stick to it for 50 days and not let school and stress get in the way. I am pretty proud of myself I also went up a weight for 21s which always makes me happy: Bulk cooking made my kitchen a MESS – as always.
