Read MoreI thought I would give you guys some positivity before I rag on leg day LOVE this quote. I am sorry but I literally HATE this leg day (LiveFit 51). I never thought I would say it, but it’s true. Thankfully this is the last time I have to do this workout so that’s a good thing. I also went and did 30 minutes of cardio after school today because I didn’t have time to do it right after legs this morning. I know the trainer doesn’t have cardio on leg days, but that is the one day I have to do it or my legs get too tight and I end up hurting my hamstrings. Read MoreSo because I am adding an extra day of legs in at the beginning of Weeks 1 & 2 (yesterday I did legs), today is technically Day 9 for me on the trainer even though I did the workout from Day 8. After this my schedule with school will change so I may change this up as well but here you go!!
