Hiii!! So I finally finished Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer!! I cannot believe that I was able to stick it out for the full 12 weeks and I am really excited that I did. It was kind of weird because my last two days of the trainer we were traveling so they weren’t in our own gym – for the first time! So today and yesterday were days 79 and 80 of the trainer. I did the same thing I did last week (I am over chest) and added in an extra shoulder day. I cannot believe there are only 3 days left of the trainer for me. LiveFit Week 12!

Welp, I am officially in Week 12 of the LiveFit Trainer – crazy!! I can’t believe that I will be done with it this weekend I can’t wait to share my review of it with you guys on Monday. This week I took (well deserved) rest days on Sunday and Monday so today was actually Day 1 of the week for me. I am either going to nix the cardio day at the very end of the trainer or finish a day later than planned on Sunday since I took the extra rest day. I did go up in weights from last week and my legs were shaking so bad by the time I was done. I finished with 20 minutes of incline on the treadmill. Hi everyone! I realize I have been kind of failing on the consistent blogging lately but there isn’t much to be done about it. I have a lot going on with school in terms of papers and homework and I am co-chair of a huge auction that we have every year that starts on Tuesday. My entire weekend was pretty much papers and auction stuff with a few non-school related things thrown in there. I finished up Week 10 and really enjoyed the last two work outs. shoulders, legs and a high carb day :) (LiveFit 66/67)

I loved yesterday’s workout on shoulders – last week the same workout and the leg workout I did today were when I was crashing from low calories and lack of sleep. I think I was pushing myself harder yesterday and my shoulders were burning by the time I was done. I also killed sprints if I do say so myself When I finish sprints (and for hours afterwords) I swear I can feel my body working to rebuild my muscles – I love it! I am also starting to see my shoulder veins when I work out (which I HATE) but I know it means I am around or below 15% body fat, so I am leaning out. So this last weekend was super busy and I haven’t had time to post about any of my workouts. The end of Week 9 was great even though I had to shorten my workout for Day 62 due to time constraints. I kind of did a ‘pick and choose’ for that day and then did 15 minutes of sprints. This week started Week 10 of the LiveFit trainer and hi and low carb days – rough! Sugar is NOT my friend. Yesterday was easily the worst day I have had in terms of the LiveFit trainer. And a little too late I saw it coming and then just chose to say ‘screw it’ and pretty much threw the day out the window. My schedule ended up being completely off yesterday and so I didn’t pack any meals because I thought I would be home in time for them. I wasn’t. Yikes! I am so tired that I thought I already saved a draft of this because I had been thinking about it. And I didn’t. Bed time for me shortly.
