So today I did abs – between 15-25 reps (per side), 3 times. All the pics are from Bodybuilding.com. Hanging Crunch and Hanging Pike  Cable Crunch Laying down tuck with cables (I couldn’t find a picture – I’m still looking) Incline Leg Raise Ball Roll In Ball Crunch Side Crunch on Ball Twisting Obliques with Plate Twisting Obliques with Bar Shoulders – pick a weight where you can do 12-15 reps 3 times. sexy shoulders and arms

Day 26I started my morning out with 20 minutes of high intensity internal cardio on the elliptical and then was studying all day. For a brain break, this afternoon Kate and I did our new shoulder/tricep workout. By the second to last super set my arms were failing. I only did 8 reps on the last tricep exercise but I know our arms are going to be killer for tank tops I reeeealy wanted another apple bake when I got home but since I had it for breakfast I decided to make a smoothie.
