So I asked what workouts you guys want to see first on Facebook and it looks like back and biceps and legs were the two highest. Since I love posting my legs workouts I think I will start off with the back and bicep workout for a little variety. I don’t have any finals for my classes next semester and I am so excited that my next test I take will be the Bar exam. Read MoreSo my weekend was full of school stuff (no Fatkid ) and lots of gym time I did back and bis on Friday (but didn’t right it down – I promise I will next time!); legs on Saturday and Shoulders/Tris and Abs today. I also did cardio every day and it is taking some getting used to. I have been pretty much Paleo since Thursday now although I did add in some carbs yesterday for legs – I had oatmeal post workout and a brown rice, bean and cheese burrito later in the day – SO GOOD! I have been in a major rut lately between being sick (literally I had a sinus infection for about a month), summer school, wedding stuff, work, etc. I have been having a really hard time getting into and enjoying my workouts and have kind of just been going through the motions. I was so glad my biceps were sore today Today I did legs and abs and although the workout takes a while it felt good to be lifting heavy on my legs again and really pushing myself. I am a teeny bit bummed because I couldn’t do my wide squats at the beginning and they were actually my LAST thing due to gym traffic.
