Today it has been exactly one year since the Fatkid proposed I cannot believe how fast this last year has gone and the wedding will be here before we know it! Wedding Update!

First I want to THANK YOU for saying prayers for Jack last week. The biopsy revealed NO CANCER!! It was an infection and I could not be happier for their family. For those of you who asked, Jack is my maid of honor’s nephew.   Second I want to say that I think what happened yesterday at the Boston Marathon was horrific. What I Ate Wednesday and a Leg Workout!

First for What I Ate Wednesday…. I have been doing protein powder with almond milk and coffee pre workout pretty much every day. Post workout I do a quick shake with protein powder, almond milk, almond flour and 1/2 banana. My actual breakfast for the next few weeks will be egg whites, yams and avocado. I am going to apologize in advance because I don’t normally post rants but this is going to be one. I know that I lead a healthy lifestyle. I do NOT restrict myself from food or drinks or activities with my friends because I am worried about getting “fat”. I try to eat the way I do because I literally have an intolerance to gluten.
