birthday and a break

So I know it has be forever since I posted – or at least it feels that way to me. Some things have been going on with me this summer that have been completely draining in every sense of the word – emotionally, physically, mentally. I actually decided to drop my second summer school class because I knew I just needed some extra down time. The thing is that with working and the school stuff I am doing (other than classes), the blog is really the first thing to take a hit when I need a break from things.
