Well, I am happy to say that this morning I finally felt like myself again in the gym. I have been in a major rut lately between being sick (literally I had a sinus infection for about a month), summer school, wedding stuff, work, etc. I have been having a really hard time getting into and enjoying my workouts and have kind of just been going through the motions.
Yesterday was an incredibly long day – I left my house at 7am and didn’t leave work until 9pm. I went home, showered and put on my gym clothes. To make sure I got up this morning (at 5am) I tried this whole, sleeping in your clothes thing. It wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought it would be and I have to admit, I only hit the snooze button once on my alarm – success!!
And at the gym I felt like me again!! Yay!!
It may not seem like a big deal but I really do love the gym and so when I’m not loving it, I don’t feel like myself. I had an awesome workout this morning and now am writing this in between class and work while I wait to meet with a wedding DJ.
Here is today’s workout – I did arms and abs in every set except the first one which was just abs:
From this point I did every arm exercise on the bosu ball:
I wanted to fit in some cardio but I didn’t have time – bummer. Here is my FitFluential #PROOF for the day:

I love Victoria Secret sleep shirts to work out in and totally forgot about them until I found one last night!! I am pretty scrawny right now from not eating enough when I was sick and am under 100lbs – not awesome. I’m hoping I will gain it back quick – bring on the protein
