Well, I am happy to say that this morning I finally felt like myself again in the gym. I have been in a major rut lately between being sick (literally I had a sinus infection for about a month), summer school, wedding stuff, work, etc. I have been having a really hard time getting into and enjoying my workouts and have kind of just been going through the motions. Yesterday was an incredibly long day – I left my house at 7am and didn’t leave work until 9pm. I went home, showered and put on my gym clothes.
