back to my own thing :) {vlog}

Hey everyone! Here is a quick vlog about what I’ve decided to do fitness wise and what’s been going on with me. Ignore our messy kitchen :/ our dishwasher is broken so we are hand washing and air drying all our dishes while we wait for a part. Also, the audio is off from the video in the middle and I have no idea how to fix it and the thumbnail is AWFUL. Oh well :)

My review on Jamie’s Trainer is here.

James Wilson and info on his trainer is here.

Little B’s vlog on calories and macros is here.

Have a great night!

  1. I’m glad you’re deciding to do what you feel is best for you!

    I can’t wait for you to share what you are personally doing. I love trying out workouts that aren’t necessarily from programs, so it would be great to follow along with what you are doing for workouts as well as what you are eating!

  2. I hope you’re feeling better!

    Looking forward to the wedding tab on the website! I remember that stage of wedding planning – don’t worry, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed! I spent a few weeks feeling like I knew nothing about anything after getting engaged, then picked up “Wedding Planning for Dummies” (yes, apt, I know!) Reading through it made me feel a lot better because at least then I knew what I needed to plan, and could get started. Once you’ve got your venue & date pinned down, the wheels will be in motion. It gets better! (And worse, and better, and worse, and better!!! I’m three months out now…!) I will email you my gigantic to-do list excel file, it may not be 100% applicable but you can pick and choose and customize it for yourself and hopefully it’s helpful. (I’ll send it to info@…)

    My best advice would be to remember that no matter what decisions you’re making now, no matter what dress, no matter what venue, no matter what caterer… it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL and the happiest day of your life. Thinking about that helps me not sweat the small stuff.

    And speaking of sweat – enjoy rockin’ your own gym program!

    • Haha seriously I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing :) I have a few mini books to look at and my bestie planned her wedding and it was amazing so she is helping me too. I just got your spreadsheet and it is awesome – thanks so much for sharing!!

  3. Glad you’re on the mend! With regards to your wedding, have you given any thought to having a destination wedding? I got married 2 months ago – hey, I just realized that it’s 2 months ago today!!- in Mexico at the NOW Jade Riviera in Cancun, it was fabulous and oh so easy, no stress at all, best way to enjoy your wedding. Imagine, 8 of our group went zip-lining, cenote swimming and dune-buggy riding the day before our wedding, talk about no stress! Anyway, just a thought, good luck with it all, can’t wait to read/watch your vlogs about it!
    Wendy :)
