So I did my arm workout today despite waking up with a killer kink in my neck. First I did some yoga using iTrain (more on that later this week). 21s Cable (with rope) Push Down (superset w/) Cable Curl Single Arm Tricep Pull Down (reverse grip) (superset w/) Reverse Grip Curls Tricep Kickbacks (superset w/) Preacher Curls Double Tricep Pull Down (reverse grip) (superset w/) Hammer Curl with Twist I KILLED my arms with the supersets and cannot believe how much I missed workouts like this. Unfortunately my neck got worse and I went to the chiropractor before we went to look at more venues. My mom came up from Tucson and she accompanied me and the Fatkid to look at...
Read MoreSo I promised you guys I would share my plan with you and I can’t lie – I didn’t make one last weekend because I had a little too much fun at a bridal expo with one of my friends Work has been busy lately and I have to leave my house at 7:15am to get there by 8:00am so that means I literally can only work out for 30 minutes in the AM because my gym opens at 5:30. Some of these I will just have to do after work. I think this is going to be my plan for the next few weeks – you’ll notice I write the upper body ones out so that I can superset if I want (often I will if I’m running short on time). Sunday: Bis/Tris cardio or plyos 3...

Read MoreI am a mustard fanatic so I’m surprised I haven’t thought of this before. This is a super easy chicken recipe that I threw in the slow cooker two nights ago because I was still feeling sick and did not want to spend more time than necessary any time cooking. I would use 1/2 tbsp to 1 tbsp of dijon mustard per chicken breast. I used 2 tbsp for 3 breasts and wish I used a little more. Whisk the mustard with just enough lemon juice that you will be able to pour it. Put the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, pepper them and then pour dijon/lemon mix over them and cook overnight. I ended it shredding it after the pic just because it’s easier to pack. Do...
