I’m warning you guys now that I will pretty unplugged (read: unavailable) the next few weeks as my finals papers are due and my final exams are coming up. I am going to do my best to answer questions but my posts will definitely be either very short or non-existent. It’s not for long so forgive me
To help with leaving you high and dry I have a yummy give away from LOVE Grown for you. I was lucky enough to connect with Maddy after reading their amazing story. She sent me a LOVE Grown care package and a handwritten note to go along with it. So sweet!
We also got all 5 LOVE Grown products and the cutest magnets/stickers to put up. My favorite is the one that reads: “You’re our favorite. Thanks for being you.” They just make you want to smile The Fatkid’s favorite was the Cocoa Goodness and mine was Simply Oats (although they were all amazing). They are all gluten free and you can buy them on Amazon.com and Abe’s Market if you don’t have them in your local store (although we do!).
To spread the LOVE Maddy has offered to do a give away with my readers. One reader will win 3 large LOVE products, 5 mini LOVE samplers, coupons, clings, and magnets like I received.
This give away will run until Friday at 5:00pm (AZ time). To enter please do the following:

Now for workouts
My favorite exercise from Saturday was the sumo squat with a twist:
And today was step ups – quick but effective.
I loved today’s workout and it seriously kicked my butt, the Fatkid came over while I was doing it and I think he may start them now to shed some lbs. He is putting on too much muscle and wants to stop and just lean out.
And lastly.. cardio questions. I have been getting a lot of questions about what cardio I do and I generally do either the stair master (the one with actual steps) or the treadmill on a high incline at a 3.0-3.4. I also mentioned how I like sprints when I was doing the LiveFit Trainer so I am doing those once a week now. On the weekends my cardio is usually hiking or mountain biking. We went for a 17 mile bike ride yesterday – slow and steady – and it was perfect.
Hope everyone had a LOVE filled holiday with their family, please take a moment to read this post from Tosca Reno and say a prayer for Bob Kennedy and his family and loved ones – they are suffering through something terrible right now.
