Hi everyone! I am working a fundraiser today from 10:30am to 9:00pm (outside!) so I thought I would share my cooler really quick:

I have two containers of chicken (topped with jalepeno salsa) carrots, quinoa, greek yogurt (with chia and flaxseed), rice cakes and almond butter.
I am also going to pick up a Starbuck’s protein plate and have that (sans the bread thingy) for my afternoon snack because I didn’t have any fruit in the house and I think I will need those natural sugars around 4. And I am packing a Think Thin bar in case there just isn’t time to go sit down 5 times today

I’m making my food today for the next few days as well. Good luck on your fundraising event. I am hosting a Bake Sale this Saturday for Share Our Strength foundation……no time to think but will make time to train and eat right! have a great day!
