WIAW #4

What I Ate Wednesday #4 !! :) )

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal
  • PP
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon

Morning Snack:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Flaxseed

Unexpected Lunch with the Fatkid:

  • Grilled chicken
  • Tomato
  • Green chilies

Post-workout Shake:

  • 1 scoop PP
  • 1/2 banana

 

Afternoon Snack:

  • Berry oatmeal bake

 

Dinner:

  • Slow cooker chicken
  • Black beans
  • Salsa
  • Tomato
  • Avocado

This morning I did chest and tris but I will have to post my weights later because I’m off to work and school :) have a great Wednesday!!

  2. I am new to this site….so what PRotein Powder do you prefer?

    • I use IsoPure All Natural Unflavored. They also make a Natural Vanilla and Chocolate.

    • I get mine at One Stop but they sell it online too :) also their website has a list of vendors.
