So I had to go to Walmart today to get more tupperware and found two amazing little gadgets for under $2! The little black ones are grippers for hot plates and baking sheets – amazing because I burn myself at least once a week. The little orange one is a pot and pan scraper – I used this tonight and it works like magic! Both are dishwasher safe too
and also featured is my food scale. I think I got it at Target and it’s pretty amazing.
So I thought I would be kind of surprising people with this post but apparently I am the only person in the world (or in a large area) that has not tried to mash/puree cauliflower. Since I have never cooked it before, this isn’t that surprising (yes I have eaten it before). I was pleasantly surprised with how quick it was to make and that it pasted the fatkid test. John was literally walking in the door as I was finishing it so I had him taste it and his first words were “mashed potatoes?” I literally danced around the kitchen because it is kind of a nightmare trying to get him to eat veggies on a regular basis.

It’s that easy. I added black pepper and granulated garlic to mine.
I was a little disappointed that it didn’t make that much though – next time I will have to do two.
Hope everyone had a great Monday, it was a rest day for me even though technically today is the start of LiveFit Week 4.
I actually haven’t tried this yet so now I’m the only person left in the world!! It looks and sounds delicious though. I’ll add cauliflower to my grocery list this week!
