A little motivation to start your day:
So today is Day 8 of the LiveFit Trainer and I did legs instead of the scheduled tris/chest because I want to have two leg days again this week. I also got up at 5:00am finally because I start my internship today so it was either 5:00am and 7:00pm for the gym. I was in and out in about 45 minutes:
Leg press 3×12
Leg extension 3×12
Wide squats 3×12
Leg curls 3×12
Standing calves 3×12
Seated calves 3×12
