So today was the last leg day of Phase 1 and I was determined to get closer to what I was squatting before the holidays. Thankfully the Fatkid wasn’t with a client so I had him spot me and went up 20 lbs from Tuesday. I didn’t need him to actually do anything but mentally just in case I wanted him there. I also went up in leg extensions which I’m not as excited about because my quads get strong (and big) weirdly quick. Unfortunately the same thing happened with my left hamstring as it did on Tuesday, not until the last set thank goodness, but I still kept my leg curls at a lower weight just in case.
