Today was a very long day too long. I woke up late which meant I was rushing, which I do NOT like. I grabbed two quinoa bakes on my way to gym. I managed to make it to the gym before class for chest/tris but of course some stuff wasn’t available so I modified the workout a little and did the following 3×10: Wide push ups Press Fly (skipped decline flys) Skull crushers Tricep kickback Standing tricep extension Single arm cable extension Then I made a quick breakfast: I literally put 1/2 cup oats, some water and blueberries in a bowl and microwave for 1 min and threw egg whites in the pan.
