Fit Kids Club Give Away!

One of my readers, Melissa Hacker, asked me about doing a give away to help bring awareness to Childhood Obesity Month. Even though I am not a mother I have a younger brother who recently began a healthy eating (mostly – he is a 16 year old boy) and regular exercise routine.

This is some information I borrowed from Cindy because she did such a fantastic job with her give-away:

1 out of every 3 American kids are overweight or obese. President Obama declared September as Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. As a community we need to do what we can to educate not only our children, but anyone who is not sure where to start with healthy eating and exercise habits.

Eating patterns and physical activity are two key components to a healthy childhood and life.
