Happy Wednesday everyone!!

I like this quote because it seems like there is such unnecessary negativity that springs up in the world today. When they are real crisis occurring around the world in the form of tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. who wants to worry about the small petty things?? I bring this up because I came across a person’s “about me” the other day and the first few sentences describing them self was just putting down other people. When the first sentence describing your self is saying something negative about another group of people either for their lifestyle, their profession, their hobbies, their path in life, etc. then I really don’t care to know more about you. That’s just how I feel about it. I really think (and try, although I’m not perfect) that you shouldn’t judge people you don’t know or even ones you do. Everyone has something else they are dealing with in their life, everyone has different experiences who make them who they are and I just don’t think we have a place to judge them. That’s not to say you can’t have a personal opinion about it, but I just don’t think it should be conveyed in a negative and judgmental way.

Breakfast this morning was a protein crepe (recipe page) for me topped with banana and almond butter.
I made the fatkid 5 eggs whites with some milk, salt and pepper and Arizona Gunslinger. I loved this stuff from a restaurant I used to work at and he realized recently how great it is. It adds a ton of flavor with minimal calories. AND a protein shake with 1 scoop pp, 3/4 cup crushed ice, 3/4 cup non-fat milk, 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp peanut butter.
Im excited to finally get back in the gym today after I do some work in the library. It’s going to be legs and abs. And we all know I love leg day!
Since I won’t be home until later today I packed my cooler for half the day:
