Alright, this is a quick post because I have been with my friends and family the last few days. I had my best friend’s bridal shower on Saturday and then my little brother’s 16th birthday. I will admit I failed on my goal for not drinking over the weekend. Excuses are just excuses so it doesn’t matter why but I am definitely bummed I didn’t get all three of my goals. This week my goals are: Start each day with three things I am thankful for. Start using my food journal again.
