So today was interesting. We went for a 14 mile mountain bike ride this morning on a trail a friend of mine suggested. It was much easier for me and less rocky so I liked it a lot better than the other ones we have done so far. That being said, I realized (and have probably always known) that my body is not built for endurance. At all. I cannot run long distances, and I do not enjoy it, and today I realized it is really hard for me to bike long(ish) distances too. Also, I lost my phone somewhere on the trail so that is awesome. I am hoping all my karma from turning other people’s phones in will come back to me and it will be turned in over the next few days. ...

Yesterday and today I made protein pancakes without oatmeal (you can find the original under tummy treats). Ingredients: 1scoop IsoPure all natural un-flavored 1 tbsp ground flaxseed cinnamon (to taste) 1 egg white almond milk 1/2 banana strawberries Directions: Mis together dry ingredients.
