Today started with blueberry protein pancakes – topped with greek yogurt..yummy! Then ALOT of studying… and then I decided to try to make home made hummus. I figured the easiest flavor to make was roasted garlic so I gave it a go. I think it turned out pretty well for my first try – it is very garlic-y because we love garlic so you might want to use a few less cloves if you’re not a garlic person.
