Healthy Habit Day 13: Weight lifting for 60 minutes and cardio for 20 in the am.
Day 14: 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight.
I have to say, after my hard leg workout yesterday I was really excited to try my clean berry banana protein bake and see how it was. It was soooo good!!
Like having dessert after a hard workout. Such a treat
Last night we had the fatkid’s boss over for dinner so on Tuesday I marinated some steaks so they could sit for 24 hours.
