Day 5 of healthy habit : 20 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes on elliptical. I am not sure that 5am and I will ever be friends but I am determined to try and make it happen. For breakfast I had a slice of my apple bake cold and am happy to say it was still just as delicious.

I also realized when packing my cooler yesterday that I am lacking in veggies. Because I don’t always have my afternoon snack I decided to make veggies my morning snack today. Not sure how I feel about broccoli at 10 am…
