bikini ready abs

This is the ab workout we are going to do once a week on cardio day. The * are the ones we are going to do when we have another muscle group that day.

I did this today before I did legs (the whole thing) and I was hurting :)

Abs Hanging tuck
4×15 Laying tuck*
Pull down Crunch*
Capt Chair*
Standing Oblique*
Twisting Oblique
Bosu Crunches*
Bosu Plank
Ball Pike
