So far I have been doing great on my healthy habit for April and I am happy to say that I am also doing great on my goals for the week!
Eating veggies twice a day
-every day I have had veggies either for my morning or afternoon snack and with dinner!
Do weighted abs 3 set of 15 reps (I have only been able to do 12)
-I did 3 set of 15 on the captains chair with a 5 lb dumbbell!! Wahoo!! Because I wasn’t able to do my other regular weighted exercise – the cables were never free – I am going to try it on that one tomorrow.
On a side note: I am at school allllllll day today – including for dinner/M6 so my cooler is packed!
