costco days and clean eating

I have mentioned before that I love Costco but I don’t think I really discussed what my Costco days entail. Usually – not always but usually – I go solo because John works too late to come with me during the week. Once I load everything into my car it takes me at least four loads to get it into the house and then it looks like this. And this was an “only get the essentials” day!!  And then…. like this!
