Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of your goals. Unfortunately I don’t know the author of this quote but I am loving it. I think it’s not only about goals but also about forming healthy habits. I think it takes between 21 and 30 days to form a new habit so starting April 1st (I know I’m a few days late) I am going to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Either in the gym, at yoga, outside, as long as it can be considered a workout.
