clean eating basics

In case anyone is wondering what “clean eating” or “eating clean” is and the staples of it, there are two main sources I got my initial information from and still refer to on a regular basis. One is the Clean Eating Magazine and the other is The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. Both are great reads and I would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a “healthier” way to eat. On a side note I am not vegan or vegetarian and do not see this happening anytime in the future but there are options for both lifestyles in this way of eating. fitness love

I love everything that is fitness related and have tried a lot: swimming, gymnastics, cheerleading, yoga, pilates, weight training, etc.. I have to say my favorite things are yoga and weight training. Any time I try a new workout I will label it so feel free to check them out here let me know if you like them.
